Prosport Gauges Special

To go along with our new addition of the SMY-Clustermaker gauge pods we have added Prosport Gauges to our line-up of vehicle monitoring solutions. Prosport offers some unique gauges which seem to really suit what many Subaru owners are looking for. The main one being a fairly good match of the gauge back-lighting to the stock cluster back-lighting. They also offer gauges at price points not available from some of the other lines we offer such as Defi and STRI.

As part of our introduction to the line we are going to offer a sale for the next week and a half on the entire Prosport product line-up. If there is anything you're looking for from them just send us a quick PM or Email and we can provide you with pricing. Upon the close of the sale we will place the order and we should see it within a week or so.

SMY-Clustermaker Gauge Pods @ Touge Tuning

Touge Tuning now offers SMY-Clustermaker Gauge Pods! We have a bunch of these arriving in stock next week and we will continue to stock them at a great price. We can also set you up with any gauges you may need as well for the pod including AEM, Autometer, Defi, STRI, Prosport and Turbosmart.

The SMY dual 52mm gauge pod setup easily replaces the factory two piece cluster bezel. Just pop off the old cluster held in by clips and pop in the new SMY Dual Gauge Pod. Each cluster is made from an injection mold. The OEM cluster bezel is made of PP Plastic - Polypropylene. Clusters are made with 100% ABS plastic – Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, with an added UV protection solution to help fight sun damage. This makes the SMY cluster far more superior to the OEM bezel it replaces. The texture is directly applied to the injection mold to insure every part is identical. To get the texture to match close to 100% we out sourced to the same company Subaru uses to do their interiors. 

Each pod was purposely designed 2mm larger then standard 52mm pods for air circulation and longevity of the customers gauges. Each cluster comes with two specially made rubber bands to hold the customers gauges tightly in the pods. Each pod is 2” inches deep and will hold 90-95% of all gauges such as AEM, DEFI, PLX Devices, ProSport Premium Series, ProSport EVO Series, STRI, MadDad, SPT and many more.

Touge Tuning Holiday Schedule and Greetings

First to start I want to wish everyone a Happy Holidays and I hope everyone has a safe and fun New Years!  2011 has been an amazing year for Touge Tuning and I hope to continue to grow in 2012 and expand upon the solid foundation of great pricing, customer service and quality products that I've built over the past 5+ years.  Without the support of the community of fellow enthusiasts Touge Tuning would not be where it is today.  I have set a high standard for what I believe should be how a business in this industry should operate and I plan to grow while not losing the foundation I have in place.

Expect to see expansion from Touge Tuning from just sales to installation and other services that are constantly requested of us.  I also expect to add many new and exciting products to our line-up ox existing high quality brands.  Offering the best quality products is important to Touge Tuning, our customers deserve nothing less!

2012 Subaru STI and WRX AccessPORT

2012 Subaru STI and 2012 Subaru WRX are shipping now, preloaded with performance enhancing Stage1 and Stage2 maps to get new users up and running with the push of a button. The AccessPORT also comes preloaded with our unique Non-Performance maps for fuel economy, valet parking and anti-theft to help protect your wallet and your investment.

The 2012 Subaru STI and WRX AccessPORTs come with all of the same features released on previous versions, including Real-Time tuning, Launch Control, Flat Foot Shift, Performance Monitoring, and Live Data and Datalogging of over 100 ECU monitors. A full list of AP-SUB-003 enhancements are available in the AP-SUB-003 AccessPORT Firmware Release Notes. All late-model Subaru AccessPORTs (AP-SUB-003) can be updated for free to support the 2012 STI and WRX with a simple firmware upgrade.

AccessTUNER Tuning Software 1.9.1.0-3119

Both AccessTUNER Race and AccessTUNER Pro tuning software packages have been updated to support the 2012 STI and WRX. 2012 STI and WRX owners can bring their cars to a professional tuner for a custom tune to maximize power output. Experienced self-tuners can download a free copy of AccessTUNER Race and make modifications to their own calibrations. Both software packages have access to our database of Off-The-Shelf maps. These are great starting points for your custom tunes. Existing AccessTUNER users can update their existing software to the latest version following these Step-By-Step Software Update Instructions. New AccessTUNER Race users can acquire their copy of the software by filling out the AccessTUNER Race Request Form.

In addition, AccessTUNER receives new features to include an axis label to better identify ECU flash type (Reflash Only, Realtime/Reflash, Realtime Only), new labels to better identify the Multiply and Edit dialog boxes and a bug fixes that addresses the disconnect issue experienced by some users when writing large amounts of real-time data using AccessPORT passthrough as well fixes the Manage Maps button to launch AccessPORT Manager. A full list of AccessTUNER enhancements are available in the Subaru AccessTUNER Release Notes.
