The DS2.11 is the sister compound to Ferodo DS1.11.  It has slightly more bite than the DS1.11, but also wears more quickly under heavy track use.  The DS2.11 is known for its extremely high bite, and it has a slightly rising torque curve (as temperature goes up, bite becomes slightly higher).  If you want a high torque rally or sprint race pad, the DS2.11 is an excellent choice.

DS2.11 is the sister compound to DS1.11. It is based on the same siloxane technology and shares many of DS1.11's characteristics (unvarying performance, short pedal, excellent control) but has some additional features, notably it's extremely high bit and friction coefficient. Pad life is slightly lower than DS1.11. It is especially recommended for rally (WRC race proven), but is suitable for any other application where very high friction, bit and a rising torque profile are desired.

The main characteristics of DS2.11 are:

• High coefficient of friction (max 0,62) at all speeds and temperatures
• Very high initial bite
• Excellent disc life and condition
• No fade. Strong torque profile.
• Good pad life
• Low off-brake drag/Excellent release
• Unvarying performance throughout pad life
• Firm pedal. Always.
