All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise noted. Shipping times for packages within Canada vary from 1-7 business days. We do not offer COD, all orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped out. All orders valued above $200 are shipped fully insured and with a signature required on delivery. Shipping quoted via our checkout is an estimate, should there be a overcharge or undercharge for shipping we will contact you immediately. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping do not hesitate to contact us.
Small Items:Products such as gaskets, spacers and drain plugs are shipped via Canada Post lettermail which is uninsured and does not have a tracking number. Arrival times will vary via this method, if you need a tracking number and want the package insured please select the Registered Mail option. If you are ordering multiple small items in one order with the registered mail option you only need to select it once, the remaining items can be selected as "combined shipping." Touge Tuning is not responsible for items lost or delayed when shipped via lettermail.
Oversized Items: Some items are too large to be shipped with Canada Post. These items will force our checkout system to indicate the item cannot be shipped and to contact us. These items must be shipped via Fedex and will require you to contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Returns: Touge Tuning will be evaluate returns on a per order basis, we want every customer to be satisfied with there purchase from Touge Tuning. Special order items will be subject to a restocking fee should a return be requested by the customer. he customer will be resonposible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error made by Touge Tuning.
